SATYA Practices
Sensory awareness–based myofascial release practices for the journey back to embodiment.
SATYA (Sensory Awareness Training for Yoga Attunement), created by Tias Little, guides you away from "doing" movement and toward sensing, feeling, and being movement. Every practice happens on the floor, with slow sliding, gliding, and circular movements done without force. And if getting up and down from the floor is hard, you can put a mat on your bed and practice there.
These practices are meant to support your reading of my book, Your Body Never Meant You Any Harm: A Somatic Guide to Forgiving & Healing Your Relationship with Your Body, so you can embody it in a whole new way. Each one is yours to download and keep.
