Stop pushing. Start listening.

If your hips feel tight or your low back aches by the end of the day, this is a chance to stop pushing and start listening. Everything happens on the floor, lying down. Nothing is weight-bearing, and nothing is forced. Through slow sliding, gliding, and circling movements of the legs and pelvis, the muscles around your hips and spine get a chance to let go, and you get a chance to notice what that feels like. SATYA (Sensory Awareness Training for Yoga Attunement) was created by Tias Little. It's less about doing the movement and more about sensing it. That shift is often where relief begins, especially if you're living with chronic pain, fatigue, or a nervous system that's been on high alert for a while.
